Holy s***!! That girl is moving!!! This is Al's new pony, Vanilla. These two............trouble with a capital T.
This is not a nice little trot around the pasture, she was kickin' and yelling "HEEYA!!!"

Leaning into the turn...the Wrights taught her how to ride and the rest is absolutely, undeniably, something in her genes. Horsey in her DNA.

SOMEONE GET A HELMET ON THAT CHILD!!!!!

Thank you.

I finally have a chance to type with both hands, so I'll blog, of course! :)

This is Max on Ace at the last shoot. He doesn't get the chance to do the shoots much, due to baseball, so he was excited to ride.

Here he is on Uno. He's not old enough to do any actual shooting, but he's got a cap gun and can practice with that.

Max was kickin' it! He took off on the horse, making many around him nervous, but he handled it like a true cowboy.

This is Ally at the shoot this past weekend. The pony she's riding is Vanilla. It belongs to a couple who are ready to sell her. Ally has always wanted a pony. Guess what? We now have the pony at our house. Yep. Shocker, right? Nope.

Dad led her through the course a couple times, but she went through on her own for the last couple.
Technically, we are just testing out the pony at our house. We have to make sure she gets along with the others. (we have pack identity issues) Can you imagine us telling her, "No, we don't think it will work. We're giving the pony back." Oh HELL no!!! I think we're stuck....:)

This is the longest Max's hair has ever been. I love it. I think he looks very handsome and hip with it long. Eric, however, liked to make fun of him (in a loving way). Well, it finally came time to cut it. With summer coming up and the fact that his batting helmet was getting a little snug.........it was time.

BEFORE.

AFTER.
Still handsome.

My kids rock!!!! For Mother's Day, they all pooled their money to buy me a necklace!! They even did research online before getting Eric to take them to the jewelry store. I have the best kids ever!!!

Isn't it beautiful?!
*Eric also came through for me. He got me speakers for my ipod. (Thank you Kim and Joe for the idea :) Now instead of walking with my fussy baby, I can dance with her. :) :)

Our time at Children's Hospital didn't seem to phase Viv - she ate and slept as usual. I was freezing, tired and hungry, however (Yeah, poor ME - Jay had needles shoved into his finger) :(
The x-ray. Look close and you can see the middle bone in pieces.

As Katie so eloquently put it on facebook ~ This doctor should definitely NOT play poker! LOL!!!!!

The scene of the crime ======== You'll notice the blood drops which made a trail all the way to the house. Of course Eric took pictures, but I'll spare you those.

Jay was able to keep his sense of humor through it all....have I mentioned how brave and tough he was??????
Jay was transported via ambulance due to an IV in his arm. Even Vivi got to ride!!!

As cool as an ambulance ride seemed, Jay got really bored really fast.

In an ironic twist, the hospital gave both Jay and Triston (his friend) matchbox cars as rewards. Matchbox cars??!!! Ha Ha Ha!!!! We all got a good laugh out of that one. Of course, the mandatory comments ensued........NO SMASHING THESE!!!!! :)
